Lucas Coleman Promoted to Director of Practice Innovation

Lucas Coleman has been promoted to Director of Practice Innovation. In this new role, Lucas will lead employee enablement and adoption, embedding AI into our service delivery, and operationalizing new workflows, QA/QC approaches, and training that supports effective, defensible use of AI.

Lucas will lead the AI Augmentation Initiative, which is focused on building the foundation for AI integration across SWCA. This includes advancing employee enablement and training, establishing clear governance and guardrails, strengthening data platforms, and embedding AI into business processes in a way that improves quality, consistency, and efficiency while maintaining professional judgment and trust.

Lucas’s ability to connect strategy with practical application, combined with his experience leading multidisciplinary teams, positions him well to help guide this important work and support SWCA’s continued evolution in this space.
