Mandy Bengtson Promoted to Ecological Restoration Service Line Director - Southwest

Mandy Bengtson, PhD, has been promoted to Ecological Restoration Service Line Director – Southwest.

In this role, Mandy will provide strategic leadership for SWCA’s ecological restoration practice across Arizona and Nevada, helping advance a cohesive vision for restoration services throughout the Southwest Subregion. She will lead efforts to grow and strengthen the restoration business, foster collaboration across offices and service lines, support key client relationships, and guide strategic initiatives that reinforce our position as a leader in ecological restoration. Working with leaders across the Southwest Subregion, the West Region, and the company, Mandy will also continue to support staff development and expand opportunities for both employees and clients.

Since joining SWCA in 2014, she has helped shape restoration services across Arizona and Nevada while contributing to the growth of our national restoration practice.

Through her collaborative leadership style, Mandy has strengthened partnerships across disciplines, offices, and regions while fostering a culture of innovation, strategic growth, and service excellence. Her ability to connect technical expertise with business strategy has helped deliver strong outcomes for clients while creating meaningful opportunities for employees.
