Nicolette Carr Promoted to Talent Acquisition Director

Nicolette Carr has been promoted to Talent Acquisition Director. In this role, Nicolette will lead SWCA’s recruiting team, while working and collaborating closely with senior leaders on talent acquisition strategies.

Nicolette has more than 15 years of experience across environmental consulting, AEC, energy, and utilities. She’s built strategy and infrastructure, led through complexity, partnered at the highest levels of the organization, and most importantly has already been strengthening this team from within, earning two SWCA promotions along the way. She has a master’s in human resources development and a bachelor’s in industrial/organizational psychology from LSU, plus SHRM-CP and Certified Diversity Recruiter credentials.
