Ryan Rupprecht Promoted to Strategic Growth Director - Midwest/Northeast Region

Ryan Rupprecht has been promoted to Strategic Growth Director – Midwest/Northeast region (MWNE). In this role, Ryan will lead strategic growth efforts across the MWNE region, helping expand SWCA’s energy business by strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and partnering with teams to pursue and deliver complex projects. Working closely with Client Services leaders and technical experts, he will help drive strategic pursuits that support continued growth across the region.

Ryan’s promotion reflects the significant impact he has made in advancing SWCA’s energy business and the leadership he has consistently demonstrated across the region. Since joining SWCA in January 2022 as a Principal Project Manager and Program Manager, Ryan has built strong, trusted relationships with energy clients, led strategic pursuits, and delivered an exceptional track record of proposal success. He brings extensive expertise in energy permitting and renewable project development and is recognized as a trusted subject matter expert and expert witness. His collaborative approach and commitment to supporting clients and colleagues have made him a valued leader within the MWNE region.
