Sara LibbySara Libby has been promoted to Director of Client Intelligence and Analytics. This new role reflects an important step forward in how we bring together client insight, marketing performance, and data to better inform our growth strategy and client experience. As SWCA continues to grow, it’s critical that we move to a more integrated, forward-looking view of our clients and markets.

Sara has been a key part of SWCA for more than 13 years. She has helped build and evolve our client intelligence capabilities, strengthen our CRM approach, and expand our client feedback program. Her work has made it easier for teams across the business to access meaningful insight and turn it into action.

Working in close partnership with Growth, Client Services, Marketing, and Technology, Sara will also help ensure SWCA’s marketing investments in data and technology translate into a more seamless, consistent, and high-quality experience for clients across every interaction.
