Sarah Zink Promoted to Senior Office Director - Chicago

Sarah Zink has been promoted to Senior Office Director of the Chicago office. In this role, Sarah will continue to grow and develop the Midwest team.

Sarah began serving as Chicago Office Director in April 2020 during the height of the pandemic, onboarding fully remotely. Despite having limited in-person interaction during her first year, she did an excellent job coordinating across the Chicago office and the broader Midwest/Northeast team through a challenging period.

Since Sarah joined SWCA, the Chicago office has more than quadrupled revenue—from under $2M in 2020 to $8.4M in 2025—and the staff size has more than tripled. The Midwest team has grown not only in size, but also in capability: expanding services and securing key clients. The team is diversified in skills and services, and united around continued growth in the Great Lakes region, further strengthening SWCA’s presence as the consultant of choice for many clients across the Midwest.

Sarah will receive her MBA through the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium in May 2026 and looks forward to applying that knowledge in her expanded role at SWCA.
