Seth Dallmann Selected as Program Management Director

Seth Dallmann has been promoted to Program Management Director. In this role, Seth will lead and elevate SWCA’s support of one of our most strategically important client portfolios. He will partner closely with operations and technical teams across the company to strengthen existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure we are delivering consistent excellence across a diverse range of energy projects. Seth’s vision for the role centers on deepening long-standing partnerships, leveraging the experience and strengths of our teams in California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Great Basin, and ensuring that our growth is grounded in collaboration, alignment, and shared success.

Seth joined SWCA in 2011 and recently celebrated his 14-year anniversary. Over that time, he has held numerous leadership roles — including project manager, team lead, natural resources director, and west region transmission business line director. He brings a breadth of experience that spans biological fieldwork, Peace Corps service, resource permitting, leadership of high-stakes capital programs, and more than six years of direct involvement in SWCA’s support of the client portfolio he will be leading.

Seth holds a B.S. in Conservation Biology from Humboldt State and has built a career grounded in scientific rigor, technical leadership, and a genuine commitment to supporting people.
