Victoria Casteel Promoted to Natural Resources Director - Arizona

Victoria Casteel is promoted to Arizona Natural Resources Director. In this role, Vicki will use her leadership and experience to develop strategic goals, engagement, and collaboration between offices, while maintaining high-quality work and client satisfaction, and facilitating staff growth among the natural resource teams in the Southwest.

Vicki brings 17 years of experience in environmental consulting to this role, primarily in project management and resource studies to support Clean Water Act wetland delineations/permitting and NEPA compliance.

During her four years at SWCA, she has managed multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of projects, overseen fieldwork efforts, served as a subject matter expert for water resources, and has been a strong advocate for a OneSWCA approach across Arizona and beyond.
