Reid Persing has been promoted to SWCA’s Great Basin/Pacific Northwest Business Development Director. In this role, Reid will support SWCA’s growth in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Utah by helping clients connect with SWCA resources to achieve their goals, building relationships, developing SWCA’s internal resources, and managing strategic pursuits and projects. Reid’s efforts will have an emphasis on water, transportation, federal, transmission, and generation projects.
During his time at SWCA, Reid has brought unmatched enthusiasm to market awareness, client relationships, complex project management, and strategic business planning. With a focus on environmental law and policy and federal land management, he specializes in the development and implementation of strategies to help clients comply with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
