SWCA won four 2022 Best Place to Work Awards from Comparably, the workplace culture platform that generates millions of anonymous employee ratings across 70,000 companies. Based on employee sentiment collected from March 2021 through March 2022, SWCA received these four awards:

Comparably awards are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rate their employer throughout the year. Winners are determined based on a series of 50+ structured and comprehensive workplace questions in nearly 20 core culture categories, including work-life balance, professional development, leadership, compensation, and perks and benefits.
