Seth Dallmann Promoted to Business Line Director - Transmission

Seth Dallmann has been promoted to Business Line Director – Transmission. In this new role, Seth will lead and grow SWCA’s business in the energy sector, specifically focusing on transmission projects and western-US clients. Seth will also continue to lead transmission projects and programs and ensure effective delivery to key transmission clients.

Seth has twenty-two years of experience in natural resources management and thirteen years of experience working on large, complex linear gas and electric transmission projects, including several greenfield projects. He has a history in successful management of multi-disciplinary projects and programs that require resource permitting, mitigation, and involvement with numerous stakeholders. He has led environmental management for several linear utility operations and maintenance programs, specializing in creative programmatic permitting and cost strategies that provide efficiencies for clients.

Seth understands the unique requirements associated with infrastructure projects and brings this experience to bear when leading siting/routing, environmental assessment and permitting, and compliance tasks.
