Description

SWCA provided environmental permitting services to support development of a wind renewable energy center. SWCA conducted surveys in accordance with the USFWS’s Wind Energy Guidelines and Eagle Conservation Plan Guidance as well as additional natural and cultural resource surveys. Additional survey and permitting support included aquatic resources inventory, cultural resource evaluations, New Mexico State permitting, and county permitting.
