Stephanie Hudgins Promoted to Senior Vice President of Client Services

Stephanie Hudgins has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Client Services. In this role, Stephanie will lead SWCA’s nationwide client strategy, focusing on expanding the firm’s portfolio and deepening client relationships across the private and public sectors.

As environmental and regulatory complexity continues to increase, this role is critical to helping clients navigate change with confidence. Stephanie will align client strategy with operational excellence, bringing integrated solutions that connect SWCA’s technical experts across business lines and support long-term project success.

With more than 24 years of experience in environmental consulting, Stephanie brings extensive expertise in client development and strategic growth across key markets including Transmission, Generation, Mining, and Oil & Gas. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Client Services for SWCA’s Power and Energy business lines, where she has been instrumental in scaling the business and strengthening collaboration across teams to deliver integrated solutions.
