In the second quarter, SWCA won two 2022 Best Place to Work Awards from Comparably, adding to the four awards won in the first quarter of 2022. Comparably is a workplace culture platform that compiles more than 15 million anonymous employee ratings across 70,000 companies. Based on employee sentiment collected from June 2021 through June 2022, SWCA received these awards:
