Art Saunders Promoted to Senior Office Director - Philadelphia & Pittsburgh

Art Saunders has been promoted to Senior Office Director for both of the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh offices. In this role, Art will provide leadership to programs, departments, offices, practices, and business lines, helping SWCA stay aligned in driving organizational priorities and ensure collaboration across functional business units.

Art has more than 29 years of experience in environmental permitting, field biology, contaminated site work, and project management with specialized expertise in water resources, strategic agency coordination, permitting of infrastructure projects, as well as the design and implementation of pollutant minimization plans.

Art has managed the budgets, schedules, and technical components associated with the environmental licensing of major infrastructure projects requiring extensive environmental and cultural resource studies, threatened and endangered species permitting, and significant strategic agency coordination.
