Jon Schultis Joins SWCA as Client Services Senior Director - Transmission
Jon Schultis joins SWCA as Client Services Senior Director – Transmission. In this role, Jon will be responsible for developing a nationwide transmission strategy, driving business development, leading sales, and marketing teams, aligning transmission business lines with corporate growth goals, and mentoring staff while engaging with the industry.
Jon brings a wealth of experience in the energy sector, particularly in business development, project management, electric and gas transmission siting, and environmental consulting. His most recent role was as the Senior Director of Business Development at Worley, where he led growth and strategy for their Environment & Sustainability Consulting group. Before joining Worley, Jon was with Jacobs Engineering Group, leading sales and operations for their electric transmission siting and permitting program and their onshore and offshore renewable program. He has a proven record in the electric transmission market, having successfully sited more than three hundred electric transmission lines, served as an expert witness in multiple states, and represented utilities at public utility commissions and other governmental legislative bodies.
