Liz Haley Named Senior Director of People Support

SWCA is pleased to announce the selection of Liz Haley as Senior Director of People Support. In this role, Liz will lead SWCA’s People Support team in advancing the company’s commitment to a supportive, inclusive, and people-focused workplace culture.

Liz brings a broad background in People Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, and Communications. She joined SWCA in May 2024 to lead Employer Brand, where she played a key role in elevating the company’s reputation as an employer of choice and strengthening its values-driven culture. Her experience spans building HR functions from the ground up, leading global employer branding initiatives, and driving employee engagement programs that foster strong, resilient organizational cultures.

As Senior Director of People Support, Liz will collaborate with SWCA’s leadership team to ensure that People Support strategies remain closely aligned with the company’s goals. She will provide guidance to leaders across the organization, shape employee engagement, performance management, and DEI initiatives. In addition, she will support HR policies and compliance, mentor SWCA’s People Support Business Partners, and foster the continued growth of the People Support team.
