Andrew Harley has joined SWCA as a Senior Mining Lead in the Rockies Region and will sit in the company’s Denver office. He has more than 30 years of experience in consulting within the mining and oil and gas industries and will contribute to the development of SWCA’s work in the mining industry, working closely with our mining team to help expand our services in the Rockies region.
Andrew received his PhD from the University of Western Australia in Perth, WA, Australia in soil science and plant nutrition with a concentration in geochemistry and soil mineralogy. His expertise includes permitting and feasibility studies, soil and groundwater contamination, mine closure and reclamation, and general reclamation and soil science.
