Communities

We have a formal program for charitable giving, community service, and employee volunteerism as well as a program to identify and increase the use of diverse suppliers and subcontractors in all small-business categories.

 

Employees

Our commitment to our employees goes beyond a paycheck. We care about their safety, well-being, and financial success. We have a robust safety program, wellness initiatives, ongoing training and professional development, rewards for scientific achievement, inclusion and diversity initiatives and an Employee Stock Ownership Program.  

SWCA is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. SWCA utilizes a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint, where employees can submit reports relating to violations stated in our Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, as well as ask for guidance related to policies and procedures and provide positive suggestions and stories.
