Sheri Waldbauer has been selected as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. In this role, Sheri will develop and execute a comprehensive and integrated strategy that incorporates branding, marketing, social media, and the pursuit process to drive brand awareness and sales for SWCA.
Sheri will oversee a wide variety of communications and marketing strategies across multiple channels to support SWCA’s growth objectives and culture building. She has over 25 years of experience in construction and environmental consulting, bringing diverse experience from administrative, pursuits and proposals, and marketing and communications positions.
Sheri started with SWCA in the Albuquerque office in 2005 and became one of the first employees to focus on proposal services, helping develop the companywide approach that has grown into the Marketing & Pursuits Resources (MPR) team. She has consistently shown her passion and alignment with SWCA’s Core Values and has demonstrated success in roles of increasing responsibility.
