Reid Persing is stepping into the pivotal role of Program Management Vice President where he will lead the development and scaling of client-focused program management teams nationwide. By nurturing strategic relationships and partnering with clients to expand SWCA’s business, Reid empowers his teams to think bigger and approach challenges differently. His leadership focuses on crafting solutions that create value not just for the program management teams and operational partners, but also for employees and clients alike, foster an environment for career-defining development and innovation across the board.
Reid’s desire to learn about SWCA’s clients, employees, and business have guided his career path. He has held positions at all levels of the organization from Natural Resources Technician, to Project Manager, and three different Director roles.
