Bob was elected to SWCA’s Board of Directors in 2006. His specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, financial management, Employee Stock Ownership Plan governance, and merger and acquisition strategies. Bob served three decades as executive vice president, chief financial officer, and was a member of the Board of Directors of Woodward-Clyde Consultants, an engineering and environmental firm that was acquired by URS in 1997. Since that time, he has headed Robert K. Wilson Consulting, working with employee-owned engineering and environmental consulting firms to provide insights into the challenges faced by employee-owned firms.
