Ryan is SWCA’s Vice President of Legal. In this role, Ryan provides support on an assortment of legal matters including client and vendor contracts, compliance, employment law, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and legal disputes. He also works closely with company leadership to set direction on legal matters and strategic transactions.
Ryan began his legal career in private practice and has worked at publicly traded, private equity-owned, and family-owned companies. He is an adjunct professor for the Master of Legal Studies Program at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University.
