SWCA recently hosted a free webinar to discuss the Navigable Waters Protection Rule and what it means for your project. For those who were unable to attend, you can access the video recording below.

In this webinar, a panel of regulatory experts discuss the Navigable Waters Protection Rule (NWPR) published in the Federal Register on April 21.

When implemented, the NWPR will result in several significant changes to which waters are subject to Clean Water Act jurisdiction. Our panelists discussed the history of the new rule, what it actually says, and implications for your projects.

The panel was moderated by Cara Bellavia and Ken Houser, Vice Presidents with SWCA. Panelists from SWCA include regulatory/compliance specialists Russell Waldron and Tom Thompson. Christopher Thomas from Perkins Coie, LLP also joined the panel.
