Leonard Griffiths is promoted to Natural Resources Director. In this role, Leonard will work in parallel with other natural resources leaders to manage natural resources staff, clients, and projects across the large Southern California region.
Leonard has been with SWCA since 2020 and has more than 19 years of experience in the biological field, managing and conducting environmental work for globally recognized landscape scale projects across a range of sectors. Leonard holds a B.Sc. in Zoology, and a M.Sc. in Ecology from the University of Wales, Bangor.
Leonard’s life-long passion for natural habitats, wildlife, and their interactaction with development began with him growing up in the African savannah and has continued through his education, voluntary work, and international employment.
