Bethany Smith joins SWCA as Communications and Creative Services Director. In this role, Bethany will lead our efforts to further the company’s brand and position in the industry. She will manage companywide marketing communications and branding efforts by overseeing our teams focused on internal and external communication, branding, and graphic design. 

Congratulations to Craig Johnson, a principal project management team lead out of our Salt Lake City office, on being named the Lawrence S. Semo Award winner for the third quarter of 2023.

Susie Salois is promoted to Office Director for SWCA’s Portland, Maine office. In this role, Susie will lead day-to-day operations of the office and continue SWCA’s momentum in building the Maine team by promoting career development combined with strategic hiring.
